I had a mixed experience at Moreno Hotel. The location was fantastic and the staff was incredibly friendly, but the room decor felt outdated and bland. The breakfast options could also use some improvement. Overall, it’s a decent stay with some areas needing attention. 🌆

Breakfast was not the highlight of my stay; it offered a limited variety, and the quality wasn't great. I was hoping for better options.

5.8/10

My stay at the Moreno Hotel Buenos Aires was quite comfortable. The large room offered a great deal of space, though the hotel's older features were a mixed bag. The location was fantastic, being close to many tourist attractions, but the lack of breakfast and some issues with the facilities left something to be desired.

Rooms
8.0
I enjoyed the spacious room with a large double bed and a separate lounge area, which really made my stay comfortable. However, the furniture was pretty old and had seen better days.
Service
6.0
The staff were friendly and helpful, but I encountered some inefficiencies, particularly when I requested information about local tours and services. This made certain aspects of my stay less enjoyable.
Location
8.0
The hotel's location was a major highlight for me. I was just a short walk from both the Casa Rosada and San Telmo, making it easy to explore the city. It’s perfectly situated for anyone wanting to experience the local vibe.
Dining
5.0
I was disappointed that breakfast was no longer available at the hotel during my stay. While I found plenty of options nearby, it would have been nice to enjoy breakfast with a view on the rooftop.
Facilities

Although the room had good air conditioning and Wi-Fi, some features felt outdated. The elevator was old, and I experienced a couple of minor issues like the room door handle being loose and the mini fridge not keeping things cold.

6.2/10

I had an enjoyable stay at the hotel, appreciating the spacious rooms and central location. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my experience positive despite some minor inconveniences like the lack of breakfast options. Overall, it was excellent value for money, though there were a few areas for improvement.

Rooms
8.0
The room I stayed in was very spacious, light, and airy, with great views from both windows. The building itself was really good, featuring beautiful stained glass windows, which added to the charming atmosphere.
Service
7.0
The service was generally good, especially thanks to Carlos, who went out of his way to help with questions and reservations. However, I had an awkward experience at check-in when the receptionist asked for the full payment upfront before even showing me the room.
Location
7.0
The hotel's location was central, making it easy for me to get around Buenos Aires. While it was close to attractions like Plaza de Mayo, I noticed some surrounding streets were a bit dirty and under construction, which detracted from the overall feel.
Dining
5.0
The hotel did not serve breakfast, which was disappointing since I had to venture outside for my morning meal. The options available were basic but sufficient for my needs, albeit with average offerings like tinned fruit and not-so-great orange juice.
Facilities
6.0
While the hotel had its charm, the infrastructure felt a little dated. The elevator was a 1950s manual type, which added character but may not suit everyone’s taste.
